Laluna Ayurveda Resort, Bentota

This resort spa offered a comfortable stay overall with friendly and professional service. The location near the Bentota River was beautiful and convenient, especially for water sports. However, the spa service left a lot to be desired, particularly with the massage quality and organization. While the rooms and facilities were clean, they could be improved for a better experience.

My stay at the hotel had some notable highlights, particularly the spacious rooms and the serene views of the ocean. However, the overall experience was marred by poor service and frustrating delays in food orders. The amenities need significant improvement, especially regarding Wi-Fi connectivity and room features. While the food was adequate, it won't stand out as a highlight of my trip.
